Terms & Conditions — Website Design
Please read these carefully before placing an order. By proceeding you agree to the following.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit (£175) is required before work begins. The remaining £175 is due on the day of launch. Work does not start until the deposit is confirmed.
7-Day Review Period
After your website goes live, you have 7 calendar days to review and request minor revisions (up to 3 rounds on existing content). After this period, all changes are billed as one-off updates (£50 per session). The 7-day period cannot be extended.
What's Included
Up to 5 pages of your choice, mobile responsive design, contact form, Google Maps integration, basic SEO setup, and full website launch. No additional features will be built unless agreed in writing before work begins.
What's Not Included
E-commerce / online shop, logo design, copywriting, photography, domain name, hosting fees, third-party integrations not listed in the package, and custom animations.
Content Responsibility
The client must provide all text, images, and branding materials before work begins. Delays in providing content will extend the delivery timeline. Fiinq is not responsible for errors in client-supplied content.
Turnaround Times
Salon Website (£350): 10–14 business days. Timeline begins once the deposit is paid and all content is received.
One-off Updates
All updates are a flat £50 per session. Each session covers one focused round of changes — content edits, layout tweaks, new sections, photo updates, and more. All work is reviewed and agreed with you before we start.
Ownership & Cancellations
Once full payment is made, the website and its design belong to you. If you cancel mid-project, all work completed to date is billed at a pro-rata rate from the £350 project price. Deposits are non-refundable. The £200/year maintenance plan can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice.
